The Here Be Monsters Line of Plush Toys is Toy Vaults
venture into the common monsters, bringing them kicking and screaming
into your home. Many of the Here Be Monsters were designed by famous
Magic the Gathering Artist Ron Spencer, who continues to work on many
projects with Toy Vault.
Some of the Here Be Monsters come from Dungeons and Dragons
adventures that many of us played or continue to play. For example:
the Eye Tyrant aka Beholder ©, Griffin Plush, Pegasus Plush, Troll Plush,
Minotaur, Ice Dragon and Red Dragon. Most of these names ring bells
with any players of D&D.
Other Monsters come from other cultures such as the Chinese
Dragon and Quetzalcoatl (Aztec) and bring those plush to other cultures
to share. The Chinese Dragon is nearly 4 feet long, that's a huge plush
by most standards! Let's not forget the Baba Yaga from Russian Folklore
who was a Witch that always lived on the edge of the forest, beware.
Other plush are from classic movies such as the Jabberwock
from Alice in Wonderland or Rambull definitely intended to be confused
with Rambo. Then there are the ones that cross many forms of media from
films to books to cartoons such as the Gargoyle and the Werewolf Plush.
Finally there are the ones from other works, yes that's right you too
can have your very own standard issue U.P.O. Plush (Unidentified Plush
Object) direct from area 51 (no not really Fed's)
